Carer Connect will be meeting at Priory Hall on Tuesday 7th October from 2pm.

To celebrate Much Wenlock’s annual festival of words (GawieFest) which takes place this month, we have storyteller and folklorist Suzanne Thomas with us to reflect on stories from our younger years.

Emily from ‘Wellness Within’ will then be closing the session with an indulgent seated stretch class.

These sessions are Dementia Friendly, supported by Julie Rose (Alzheimer’s Society) and Jo Weaver-Jackson (Care Co-ordinator).

Disruption to Facilities - Much Wenlock Site

Investigation and repairs of the on going water leak continues on King Street.

Access to the patient entrance and steps to the Practice are currently restricted.

Please call the Practice if you are having any difficulty gaining access whilst the necessary work is undertaken.

Carer Connect will be running at Wenlock Pottery tomorrow for Bingo with the amazing Paula Sivertsen.

Refreshments will be served from 2pm - eyes down 3pm 🕒.

Books, dabbers and prizes included - our sessions are Dementia Friendly, supported by Julie Rose from the Alzheimer’s Society.

We’ve organised a series of talks on Menopause across South East Shropshire and this is the one for Ironbridge and Much Wenlock & Cressage. They’re really informative and helpful, with a female GP and Dietitian there to try and answer any questions or queries you may have. Feel free to share 🙂

Cressage Dispensary - Due staff sickness the Dispensary will have a limited services today and only be able to dispense urgent and essential prescriptions.

Patient telephone information:

The old Cressage surgery contact telephone number has been decommissioned and is no longer in service.

Patients are able to contact the Practice on the main Practice telephone number 01952 726011. The telephones are answered by reception staff across the two sites.

Cressage Dispensary - Due to unforeseen circumstances the Dispensary will have a limited service this afternoon and only be able to dispense urgent and essential prescriptions. If you are able to wait to collect your prescription until Monday that would be greatly appreciated. But if you do need them today please attend as usual and speak to reception.
