We do also currently have Reformer Pilates Taster Sessions running, 30 minutes for £20 to try out the reformer.

AND we offer heavy discounts on our packs for Blue Light Card holders, farmers and veterans. As well as our 'give back programmes' which include drop in clinics to receive free treatment for:

- blue light card holders
- veterans
- farmers
- over 65's

These are short 15 minute sessions including over the clothes massage, assessment and consultation, targeted cryotherapy and more.

Our first drop in clinic is the Blue Light Clinic held on 11th December from 9am until 2pm 🩵
