If you know you know……. (making sure not to pick up the permanent markers!! 🤣🤣🤣). Learning Bowen can be all fingers and thumbs (literally) so as a teacher I make it as memorable and fun as possible. There’s so much joy in seeing my students light up when they start making the moves and really feeling the subtleties.

Two excellent days introducing the wonders of Bowen Therapy to three of the nicest people. They were so supportive of each other, enthusiastic and keen to learn. They were also loads of fun and I know they will be eagerly using their newly acquired skills to help friends and family. I hope they go on to fully train as they would all make wonderful Bowen Therapists.

What a fabulous start these lovely ladies have made! They have all done fantastically well with their enthusiasm, sense of fun and caring support for each other. I love seeing how these courses bring together random people from different backgrounds, creating a fantastic, energetic group. Looking forward to Day 2 already! 😁💙

Since I completed my Forest Bathing & Nature Guide training I notice so much more about the beauty of nature. I’m so lucky to live in a stunning part of the world where I’m surrounded by incredible wild spaces. These sessions have taken my appreciation and awareness to such a deep connection and I feel incredibly blessed to offer some of these insight to you. So I thought I’d introduce some of the rest of my family 😁. First, and most importantly, this is Mystic Meg, queen of the house (yes she definitely ranks above me in pecking order…. 😆). As you know all self respecting witches need a magic cat and her eyes are really those colours! As a rescue cat she is an expert at sneaking into spaces she’s not supposed to be (like my treatment room!) and materialising food out of places I never thought she could reach. She has a knack of pushing doors open which I thought were closed and knocking things over to ‘inspect’ their contents 🙄. She’s been part of the Cooper Clan for 5 years now and loves nothing more than skewering your legs with her claws to make your lap more comfortable for her queenly body to relax on in the evening.
