I’m so lucky that from my favourite chair I can watch the sky as it moves and changes…. the clouds forming, the colours deepening, the sun descending. There’s something quite magical and comforting about seeing the oranges, reds, pinks and purples and they reflect off the cloud sculptures above the hills. ☺️🧡🩷💜

Happy Sunday from a very wet & windy Isle of Skye. Not sure if the locals have their big coats on today but it’s lovely and warm and cosy inside the studio listening to the wind and rain outside. There’s just something quite magical about that sound isn’t there? Have a fabulous day everyone, wherever you are 😁💙

Sometimes it’s hard to understand the depth and complexity of how and why Bowen Therapy is such an incredible technique. But I know that many of my clients leave smiling, feeling more confident about their body, in less pain, more mobile, more relaxed and feeling like they can cope better with everything everyday life has to throw at them. I love my job. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this amazing modality 24 years ago. It changed my life, and it could change yours 😁💙

I love how the rain makes all the colours of nature so much more beautiful. Unlike the rest of the country we’ve not actually had much rain in the Highlands this year so it was actually a welcome arrival. Now of course it’s settled in for a few days but nicer weather is in its way again!!
