We are pleased to announce that under the new funeral plan regulations we meet all the requirements to continue to provide funeral plans as an authorised seller.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) introduced a number of new rules which came into force on 29 July 2022. These ensure high standards and provide further protection for customers. The FCA requires all businesses operating in the market to make sure plans are sold fairly, provide value for money, and deliver the expected product benefits.

We’re delighted to confirm that Golden Charter is now authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a provider of funeral plans for independent funeral directors such as ourselves
