Making life great!
I love what I do. I meet people who arrive with some hope that life can be different, better and somehow more than it is. We then work together to create a therapy route that support them to make the desired changes, to grow and become curious about their personal processes and to walk away from here feeling relieved, happier and satisfied that they can go on and have more of what they want, need, deserve in their lives. How lucky am I?
I have studied counselling and psychotherapy in various forms over the past 20 years and love learning about what makes us (me) tick and how to get relief from the difficult things as well as stretch and grow and discover. Each tool in my toolbox is so precious and I offer my clients those that I believe will be useful for them to add to their own toolbox This then provides them with so many more options for responding to their world. We are fascinating beings with a richness within to explore and use to enhance this thing called life.
