Last week we said farewell to William Mullen at Musselburgh Congregational Church. It was clear from the number of people gathered just how much he meant to so many, a life well lived, remembered with warmth, respect, and gratitude.

A particularly touching tribute was the nod to his love for the Jambos, with his coffin reflecting that lifelong passion. It was a fitting and personal farewell that brought smiles alongside the sadness.

William’s family would like to thank everyone for their kindness and support over recent weeks. They are especially grateful for the generosity of those who donated to Cancer Research in loving memory of William. Your thoughtfulness means so much to them.

May he rest in peace.
