It is with great sadness that the family announce that Jeanie passed away peacefully, at home, surrounded with love, on 25th December 2025. Devoted wife of the late George, cherished mum, granny and great-granny to the family. A celebration of Jeanie’s life will be held at Seafield Crematorium on Thursday 22nd January at 11am to which all family and friends are welcome. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made on retiral to Marie Curie. After the service the family invite you to join them at The Jewel Miners Club for refreshments and to continue to share fond memories.

It is with deep sadness the family announce the passing of George, at home, on 22nd December 2025. Much loved son of the late George and Marion, brother of Catherine, Marion, Isabel, Moira, Brian and the late Andrew, brother-in-law to Jake, Eddie, John and Maureen, uncle to his many nieces and nephews and a friend of many. A graveside service will be held at Inveresk Cemetery on Thursday 15th January at 1pm to which all are welcome. The family welcome you to join them at Musselburgh Rugby Club after the interment for some refreshments and to continue to share fond memories of George.

It is with great sadness we share that Ally passed away peacefully at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on Friday 19th December 2025 after a short but hard-fought battle with cancer. Beloved husband to Lee, much-loved dad to Paul and Michael, and adored Papa to Tegan and Jackson.
His sayings were as memorable as his laugh and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Johnny was a former employee of MacTaggart Scott in Loanhead for 50 years. Devoted mum and gran to Lorraine and Ewan and a loving wife, sister, mother-in-law and friend.
Irene will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A service to celebrate Irene's life will be held at Seafield Crematorium on Thursday 8th January at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's Scotland upon conclusion of the service.
