Find sanctuary in your practice this December with our Christmas schedule 🧘‍♂️

The month that can be one of the busiest times of the year for most of us, and when disrupted routines can easily pull us away from the practices and routines that keep us grounded.

We want to keep you in the loop about our studio schedule so you can plan your visits and classes accordingly.

Reduced Schedule:
From Tuesday 23 December to Friday 2 January, we’ll be running a slightly reduced timetable, with some evening classes affected.

Studio Closures:
The studio will be closed on the following Bank Holidays:
Thursday 25 December – Christmas Day
Friday 26 December – Boxing Day
Thursday 1 January – New Year’s Day

When routines go off-course, return to what anchors you, even if that means fewer sessions on the mat.

☀️ Morning movers might choose the early sessions throughout the week (like Flow at 6:45am on Tuesday or Dynamic Hot Pilates at 7am on Wednesday).

🕛 Midday resetters could rely on lunchtime classes to break up busy days (such as Tuesday 12:30 Flow or Wednesday 1pm Original).

🌑 Evening unwinders may find grounding in Flow or Yin classes (like Monday’s 18:45 Flow or Sunday’s Warm Yin and Gong at 18:45).
