I Love Yoga I am a yoga Hatha vinyasa yoga teacher who has been practising Yoga for 23 years. I practise Ashtang It is something to help us in challenging times.

Yoga is an amazing tool for anyone who is looking to improve their wellbeing and get fit. From complete beginners to intermediates it offers a quiet refuge where you can recharge and refocus your energy. Using breath control to allow inner peace, invigorate, relax, concentrate and just let go. You work through series of postures that will build strength and awareness.
