It's been so nice being able to help people in so many ways.
I started my career in massage as my specialty 3 years ago and have since expanded my range of massage techniques to be able to treat a wide range of people and issues.

When I first started, I didn't expect to also go into areas of beauty such nails and waxing but I'm glad I did, the variety is very satisfying.

There will always be more to learn, whether it's through new courses or hearing different experiences from clients. I will always be grateful.

Relax and be seasonal at the same time because why not?
I am a little obsessed with my new frankincense, but it is so good for creating relaxing blends especially now it's a little cooler, we can have the earthy and balancing combination sandalwood and orange or swap for patchouli and Bergamot if you prefer.

How to get a good night's sleep...

Aromatherapy massage is one of the best ways to relax and de-stress the mind and body.
Pain is often associated with stress and anxiety. When the body is allowed to fully relax, it becomes much easier to recharge.

Improved sleep is something we often don't think about on a day to day basis.
Gradual changes that cause pain and discomfort are often ignored as we live our lives, it is only once the discomfort consistently hinders sleep or causes us to wake up, do we realise how far things have come and fatigue during the day takes over.

Massage is a great way of aiding sleep and can help to improve your mood. Better circulation helps to reduce fatigue and improves the feeling of overall wellbeing.

Frankincense is one of my favourites because of it's stress relieving and anti inflammatory properties. Blended in this way I have found it very revitalising with a sense of calm serenity.
