Hello New Slimmers!
First of all a massive congratulations on taking the first step towards the new you!
Here are some amazing tips and advice to help you in your early days . . .
✨Water
Water will be your best friend on Plan!
Drink when you feel hungry.
Carry a water bottle with you at all times so you know how much you’ve had. Treat yourself to a new bottle!
Try all the water flavouring products to keep it interesting.
✨Focus
Go to bed early in your first week, it helps.
We’ve all been there and we got through it, so can you!
The first week it the hardest. Face it, embrace it and then enjoy it!
Be sure to focus on the end goal weight.
You will do it on this Plan.

Don’t mess with the magic and you’ll soon see results.
Trust the Plan! Stick to it 100%. See the results and enjoy that amazing feeling when you wake every morning knowing you are on your journey!
Just stick to the Plan.
If you give it time and persistence, it’ll be the best thing you’ve ever done.
Remember it gets easier!
After day three the Plan does all the hard work for you!

Take a before photo, don’t compare your journey with others, and make the most of the support here from the community on Instagram and facebook.
