Our Story

Unlike other companies, I will not charge for a consultation and you will receive the full time of your treatment. I will provide a free 20 minute consultation to assess your concerns and advise of the best treatment.

Also, uniquely, my aim is to deal with your concern in one treatment. This is achievable, depending on your condition. I do not falsely recommend or prolong treatment plans.

Massage aids and increases the elimination of, accumulated toxins along with lactic acid in muscle fibres, muscle tension and pain, and also, aids muscle healing. Massage stimulates the release of endorphins in the brain which helps reduce anxiety and emotional stress, along with creating a feeling of balance and calm.

There are all sorts of reasons my patients come to me, whether to increase their sports performance, help repair sports related injuries, alleviation of chronic muscle pain, pulled muscles, to improve their immunity, health and energy, or simply fancy an hour of pampering. Whatever your reason I will be able to help.
