Sunday 9th 10.30am
Nurture your body with this somatic movement inspired class. Start by 'exploring the floor' with curiosity, see which way your body wants to go (or not!) building up to some creative standing shapes and flowing movement to a wonderful mix of music.
✨ Nourish + Nidra with Sharon (at W&W)
Wednesday 11th 8.30pm
Unwind, slow down and steep in restful poses under the magic of candlelight before we soothe the body and mind falling into a blissful state through yoga nidra.
✨ Mindfulness Flow with Noemie
Sunday 29th 5.30pm
Round up the week with a soulful, grounding and nourishing flow. You can expect a practice that is rooted in philosophy, exploring the map of the body as perceived through the Yogic lens. You will be invited to meet yourself with compassion and open up to what moves through you in the present moment. Leave with more intention, clarity and a feeling of inner peace.
✨ Find Your Foundations with Courtenay (online)
Saturday 21st 8.30am (50mins)
This class will be a blend of slower, explorative movements, combined with some short slow flow sequences. I'll challenge you to engage and access the (often unused!) muscles that make up your feet, ankles and legs to strengthen and bring awareness to your physical foundations.

Wednesday 11th 7.30am (15mins)
Join us online for our monthly Morning Meditation. These gentle and accessible practices will combine simple relaxation, breathwork and guided visualisations to help you enjoy the rest of the day in a calmer state.
