Mindfulness in Nature free session with the Highland Mindfulness Group and N4H

Stephen Wiseman from Nature4Health and Peter Wilkes from HMG are combining their expertise for a half day of nature mindfulness on the Highlands Rewilding Bunloit estate near Drumnadrochit.

The session will include basic mindfulness techniques to improve awareness, concentration and relaxation. We will connect with other nature in beautiful surroundings and appreciate new experiences in safe company.

We will be using a barn on the estate as our base and we will have a fire pit for warmth and for preparing hot drinks. Snacks will be provided but please feel free to bring any food and drink that you feel you might need during the morning.
The session will consist of a variety of mindfulness meditation practices some of which will involve sitting whilst others will involve moving and observing nature. We hope participants will enjoy lovely wooded surrounds and views overlooking Loch Ness.
