To celebrate the Spring Equinox (otherwise known as Ostara) we have teamed up with to offer a beautiful evening of connection through yoga, sauna, movement and nature.

The yoga session will guide you through mindful movements as you tune in to the sights, sounds, smells, and touch of the beach with the gentle waves, the fresh sea breeze.

Heat up in the sauna or by the fire. The event will be pay by donation (Yoga bookable via HYC website) with 20min sauna slots free of charge.

Sauna slots will be released and bookable this Wednesday on our website

An amazing programme! Well done KG Scotland for pulling it all together! 💛

Our 2026 programme is almost ready to launch 💛🩶✨

…and this year feels even more special 🥹

This year the programme will run from 4th April 2026 through to National Grief Awareness Day on 30th August 2026, offering a gentle space for connection, support, and moments of healing along the way ✨

Here’s what’s included this year…

💛 Introduction to Cold Water – exploring how cold water can support us as we navigate our grief journey

🩶 Breathwork with the incredible Sharon Burkey – an online session taking place during Mental Health Awareness Week, a powerful practice that will change your life

💛 12 supported dips with KG Scotland – a chance to come together, take the plunge, and feel the power of community

🩶 A beautiful beach yoga session with our favourite yogi Laura Ross, followed by a soothing sauna for the ultimate feel-good experience

💛 A Temple Spa facial slumber, caringly delivered by Rhona, including a lovely Temple Spa goody bag

🩶 A taste of journalling with Karen from Magic & Hippylicious, exploring how this gentle practice can support us through grief and everyday life

💛 Signposting to partner agencies for additional support whenever it’s needed

Achieving Operator Member status is lovely recognition of the quality of the experience on offer at Sauna Ostara.

A beautiful collaboration with Personal Best — soaking up that magical moon energy at Nairn Beach 🌕✨ Think gentle, soul-soothing yoga followed by an invigorating moon dip to awaken the senses. And… we’ve already raised an AMAZING £150 for Blue Space Highland — wahooooo! 🎉💙

RNLI Car Wash at North Kessock 🚗🧽
Our turn to give back! We’ll be volunteering to help the RNLI raise vital funds for North Kessock. Fancy joining us? Come along and get involved — the more the merrier! 🙌🏻
