Due to unsafe road conditions and school closures, some of our staff have been unable to attend the Surgery today.

Our reception staff are busy contacting those appointments that need to be re-arranged.

However the open access Surgery is operating as usual, and we advise only to travel if you are safe to do so.

Fel rhan o’r Contract Gwasanaethau Meddygol Cyffredinol yng Nghymru, mae’n ofynnol i ni adrodd ar rywfaint o’n gweithgarwch i Lywodraeth Cymru. gwelwch yn isod chrynodeb o'r wybodaeth hon. Sylwch mai dim ond llun bach yw hwn o'r gwaith sydd yn cael ei gwbwlhau gan y tîm yma ym Meddygfa Tywi.

As part of the General Medical Services Contract in Wales, we are required to report on some of our Practice activity to Welsh Government. We are provided with the infographic below with a summary of this information. Please note this is only a snap shot of the work load covered by the team here at Meddygfa Tywi.

If I run out of my prescribed medication and my GP surgery is closed – what do I do? 🤔

If you run out of your regularly prescribed medicine including contraceptives, our community pharmacies offer an emergency supply service.

Your local community pharmacy can provide a small supply, if appropriate, until you can obtain a prescription.
