Ok so it only took me 10 years to find a Pilates studio in Cheshire where I really feel at home but find it I did with the amazing and her super cool classical Pilates studio

Having learnt in Boston with the best and qualified with her in Maine then taken it online with I’d given up on finding a physical studio near home but here it is in the heart of 🥰 the neighbours are cute too (swipe right)

My next task is to bring my three amazing teachers together under one roof 🤣

Did you know we did home visits? If you have a reformer or space for a mat we are happy to come see you and help you get the most from your equipment.

I don’t know about you but it’s so much easier to work out if you have someone there spurring you on! We have been travelling to these lovely neighbours for a couple of years and it’s been great seeing their progress. Each week they promise me they will fit in another reformer session without me - and they rarely do, but every week when I turn up we do a great work out, adapting to what they need that day.

So be it in person or online drop us a line to see if we can join you in your home studio and make it your happy place 🥰

So although I have been quiet on here I have been so busy behind the scenes! As well as teaching there has been lots of continuing education, connecting to my mat and to my community it’s been fabulous and reminded me just how much I love Pilates.

So here are some photos of THE most amazing Pilates retreat on the isle of Crete! 🇬🇷

Wow what a location the food, the cocktails the Spa the people just perfect. 🌴

And then the Pilates - a sunrise workshop - 2 hours delving into the classical work and connected to mind body and mat plus a sunset flow class putting into practice all that we learned in the morning. All under the kind watchful guidance of our amazing teacher what can I say - sorry for the delay in posting, it’s taken me a month to come off cloud nine! Thank you Katherine and all the participants too who were lovely.

So what you all waiting for - dates have dropped for 2025 - just remember to save a place for me 🧘‍♀️

Although I’ve been quiet over the summer on IG I’ve been busy soaking up sunshine and good vibes from all my Pilates friends including .pilates who ventured up north for a work out and catch up in my home studio 🥰 Pilates people really are the best 🌞

This lovely lady and I have always been in synch - from values, to the approach to teaching Pilates and even our colour coordination ❤️❤️

I had a fabulous day with IN PERSON and as usual learnt so much about my own body as well as the classical rep.

is an amazing mentor online and in person and I can’t tip the next time - on her retreat in 🇬🇷 in October. Just in time for my 58th birthday eeek! Bring it on!

And so fun to meet who was as sweet as pie 🥰

COMMUNITY 🥰

This was the word wanted for our weekend and we got that in bucket loads.

COMMUNITY

What does it mean for our clients, or for us as teachers?

This weekend at I was inspired by different stories of how Pilates and Pilates teachers bring people together.

❤️ It’s a group of people who gather weekly to do Pilates together in a village hall as lead by .with.louise

❤️ It’s support for people grieving loved ones filling the empty time with healthy activity and a catch up with

❤️ It’s a community of teachers coming from across USA to meet others based across Europe 🌎 too many to mention but it was amazing to be part of such a global community.

❤️ and of course it’s our Instagram friends like the effervescent who does not disappoint, so good to see the support she gives online via is matched in person sharing all her know how: exercise cues, class flows, classical contemporary: keeping it fresh, business reality and a passion for quality. I knew we’d hit it off and we did thank you Tracey for your fabulous energy.

Look at that glow! This is what Pilates teachers look and feel like after being taught by the best 💝 so much fun today great workshops finished off by a wonderful Classical Pilates class taught by Gaby who brings her passion and know how to Manchester 🥰

Spending the afternoon with made it even more fun 🤩
