Right at Home South Cheshire We are a Quality Home Care provider, specialising in relationship led care services in South Cheshire Our CareGivers are handpicked by our management team.

At Right at Home South Cheshire we aim to make a genuine difference to the quality of life of those we serve in the local community. We focus on improving the lives of those we care for, not just maintaining quality of life. We firmly believe that to provide an excellent service, you need time. That's why we have a preferred minimum visit time of 1 Hour, enabling both our CareGivers and Clients to have a positive experience that allows not only time for support to be provided where it is needed, but also to have a conversation and allow for social interaction. This is where we believe we can truly "make a difference every day" to the lives of our Clients. We provide extensive and comprehensive training and ensure that personalities are well suited to those of the Client. We will provide a consistency of CareGivers and will never send a CareGiver who has not previously been introduced to the Client.

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Zoe and Faye from the Nantwich Health Centre to visit our office this morning.

We spent time over a cuppa hearing about how and why we all started our journey into health and care, and it was really interesting hearing about the great work they both do with their teams to supppt people to live at home safely.

We loved embracing the festive spirit and seeing the smiles on our clients faces, all while raising funds for Alzheimer's Society 💙

I just want today a huge thank you for all the support for the Sandbach Bereavement Group.
Hugely grateful for Right at Home South Cheshire who provide sponsorship and support.

Mostly I want to say thank you to you! All the lovely people who have joined us over the last year. I'm honoured that you come along (sometimes in really dark moments in your lives) and talk about your loved ones and share your experience. I hope the group can give some comfort and connection when you might feel at your lowest.

Look forward to running the group next year! We'll get the dates out to you and on social media so make sure you keep an eye out and follow us!
