Hello everybody, hope you all had a good summer break, I’m certainly browner and heavier 😂

My Pilates mixed level mat class via Zoom will start again Monday 6th September at 7pm, £7 per class.

Beginners don’t be shy, the current class members love beginners because I go a little easier on them 😂 but joking aside, the exercises are layered in difficulty so you can choose the level you want to work at. I’ll just need you to complete a PARQ form before starting. Message me for joining instructions. P 😎

Hi everybody, zoom classes will continue for the foreseeable future. Indoor group classes will open up soon but the venues I teach at are rather small and if social distancing measures are like last year then we probably won’t get enough in a class to justify it, unless you’re all happy to pay 2x or 3x 😂 I’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

I’ll be starting a new class sequence next week so now is a great time to join in as it will be new for everyone. Beginners are welcome and the exercise are built up in layers so you can pick your level.

It’s cold outside, so what can we do indoors to keep the body moving? Come and try Pilates, it helps strengthen and lengthen and can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it, beginners welcome.

Happy New Year everybody.

Are you starting to think about how you’re going to shift some of that Christmas lard? I certainly am, once I’ve scoffed the leftovers of course.

Remember, Tier 1 bodies are built in Tier 3+ 😜 my zoom classes start back Monday 11th January.

Well done to my Monday night zoomers for getting through to Xmas and completing the glute burn time trial challenge we started 10 weeks ago. Hopefully you’re all a little more mobile and stronger for the rigours of Xmas!

Classes will start again 11th January when a new challenge will await.

I’m also planning to do a Monday morning class and Wednesday pm class in the new year so watch this space if interested.

In the meantime have a great Xmas and New Year 😊
