On Tuesday, we had the honour of conducting the celebration of life for a truly beautiful lady, inside and out.

She was deeply loved by all her family and friends and of course by her beloved poodle, Mitzi 🐶🫶. Our pets feel loss so deeply, Mitzi didn’t want to leave her owner’s side and stayed close even when we arrived at her house. Mitzi accompanied the family to the crematorium chapel and was part of the service, which was incredibly moving.

We celebrated Maureen’s life with a touch of colour, wearing dedicated ties to reflect her vibrant spirit 🎀

If you bring a lily or other white flower it will be included in the display like the one shown which will be arranged during the service. ⛪️✝️ On Tuesday, we visited a beautiful little church just over the border in Market Drayton, Shropshire.

We conducted the funeral of a gentleman at St John the Baptist Church, Ashley. St John the Baptist Church Sunday Live 🤍💙

Its peaceful and idyllic surroundings felt like the perfect place to pause and reflect, and certainly worthy of a couple of photographs, inside and out 🙏🕯.

It was quite different from our last visit a few years ago, when snow blanketed the grounds, giving it a completely different kind of beauty. ❄️
