As you can read from our website the significance of the image of Enso and the kanji that we have chosen is symbolic and reflects our intent.
However the image of Enso and the interpretation of each drawing offers a unique insight each time it is created.
During my meditative brushwork practice I have learnt that we must slide back before we move forward just as I have been taught to do so with the brush as I draw the circle.
The circle is often messy and irregular in shape reflecting the obstacles and imperfections of everyday life.
