“Introducing Adele of Umama Baby who uses her expertise from 15 years of midwifery and being a mummy of 4 to run bespoke term time only postnatal pilates classes.

Adele’s classes create a safe, supporting and nurturing community for new Mum’s and their babies. All equipment is provided including playmats, bouncers and chairs for babies.

Prior to starting class, a home consultation is required to assess for a diastasis recti to ensure safe and appropriate exercising.

Class size is limited so get in touch to book your space!”

🧘 Who is joining us this September for yoga?

Music Box Meditations have extended their classes with us. We have a lovely new renovated room where most of the classes will be held.

👧 Both toddler classes include a free play into Imagination lane either before or after your class.

🧒 After school classes now available on a Monday and Thursday.

Room hire will be charged at £12 an hour.
