Talk about a cosy snack in a mug ❤️

Make this up today for a super-speedy protein rich treat to go!

Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 minutes, cook time: 1 ½ minutes

Ingredients:

💚2 scoops Formula 1 Banana Cream
💚1 tbsp cocoa powder
💚1 tsp baking powder
💚25ml almond milk
💚1 egg
💚10g chocolate chips

Method:

💚Combine all ingredients together in a mug or microwave safe bowl.
💚Place in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, or until the cake has risen. Allow to cool slightly, then eat.

Fat 11.6g
Carbohydrate 19.7g
Sugars 11.9g

It’s Sleep Awareness Week 🌙

Sleep is one of the most important things for our health, energy and mood — yet so many of us struggle to get enough quality rest

A few simple tips to improve your sleep:
🕰 Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day
📱 Reduce screen time at least 30–60 minutes before bed
🛏 Keep your bedroom cool, dark and quiet
☕️ Avoid caffeine late in the day
🧘‍♂️Create a relaxing bedtime routine
🍞 Don't eat too late at night

If you still wake up feeling tired, wake multiple times during the night or struggle to switch off, there are also natural ways to support deeper, better quality sleep.
