Spring is on its way and as well as my Monday evening class in Wrenbury, I would like to offer another Monday class, this time in the morning at The Bunbury Pavillion in the beautiful village of Bunbury. This class will be a Yoga for All class at 10am-11am promoting mobility, strength and flexibility. Hello!! I’m Gemma. I’m a long time qualified yoga teacher and exercise instructor and I’m starting a new yoga class at the Bunbury Pavillion in the village of Bunbury. This class will commence on Tuesday 10th March 10-11am. It will be a ‘Yoga for All’ class focusing on mobility, flexibility and strength. All levels are welcome including beginners.
