I'm Shanaz and I'm incredibly excited to be rolling out a new Antenatal Course to the Cheshire area 🤰

The Birth Preparation + Course combines antenatal education, hypnobirthing tools, evidence based information and passed down wisdom and knowledge.

With over 18 years of knowledge and experience as an NHS Midwife, I know exactly what it takes to fully prepare for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Group courses take place at the relaxing The Wellspring and Yew, just outside of Nantwich.
