Living with Neurodivergence isn't something you "grow out of" - it's a lifelong part of who you are.

But that doesn't mean that life has to be a constant struggle.

You might feel overwhelmed and burnt out, or like you're always trying to fit into a world that wasn't designed for you. That's exhausting and you're not alone.

Counselling, especially CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), can help you understand your brain, unlearn harmful patterns and build strategies that actually work for you. It's not about changing who you are - it's about finally feeling safe being who you are.

Mine is energy! Even at the end of a busy week, I was up earlier, feeling super organised, and even cleaned the fridge before my food shop.

But I know it's not like that for everyone.

For some, especially the people pleasers who are always putting everyone else first - Frdays can feel more like "thank goodness this week's finally over."
