Woodeaves is a Residential Care Home registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide care for 22 elderly residents. The home is a detached property set within its own grounds and is within walking distance of Nantwich town centre, the railway station and Shrewbridge Lake. The Home has pleasant garden space to the rear with tables and seating to allow residents to take full advantage of the outside space and the numerous wild visitors it attracts. The Home is family owned and managed on a day to day basis by our Registered Manager, Lisa Nicholson. Together, Lisa and our team, pay great attention to detail to ensure a friendly, homely and caring environment and we pride ourselves on being able to offer first class care at competitive prices. Woodeaves undertakes a comprehensive Quality Assurance Programme incorporating feedback from residents, their relatives, staff and local professionals and stakeholders. This program ensures that we monitor the services and care we provide to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed your expectations. We offer both short (respite) and long stay care and recommend a trial period of up to four weeks to ensure that the Home can meet the residents needs and that the resident is happy that the right choice has been made. The Home offers activities and days out to all residents and we encourage them all to suggest ideas for this during our resident meetings. We have various forms of entertainers visiting the home as well as many other forms of in house entertainment that residents can take part in during the week.
