Born and raised in Narberth, Kimberley qualified as an Aromatherapist and Swedish or "Classical” therapist at Pembrokeshire College in 1998. Through practice of these skills she was inspired to continue her studies in Complementary Health and Human Science. This involved exploring and practicing a variety of alternative therapies including aromatherapy massage, Bach Flower Remedies,
Ayurveda, Reflexology, exercise, nutrition, counselling and lifestyle advice. Since then Kim has taught aromatherapy for Aberystwth University. Lead courses in lifestyle and introduction to complementary health for Women’s Aid. She has contributed and taken part in various health and massage courses around the world. Research has always been a very important factor for Kim as she is forever interested in new techniques and ideas. She is very sensitive to surrounding energies and has the intuition and skills to know how to apply and tailor skills to ensure a unique treatment that will be of most benefit to each client.
