Born and raised in Narberth, Kimberley qualified as an Aromatherapist and Swedish or "Classical” therapist at Pembrokeshire College in 1998. Through practice of these skills she was inspired to continue her studies in Complementary Health and Human Science. This involved exploring and practicing a variety of alternative therapies including aromatherapy massage, Bach Flower Remedies,

Ayurveda, Reflexology, exercise, nutrition, counselling and lifestyle advice. Since then Kim has taught aromatherapy for Aberystwth University. Lead courses in lifestyle and introduction to complementary health for Women’s Aid. She has contributed and taken part in various health and massage courses around the world. Research has always been a very important factor for Kim as she is forever interested in new techniques and ideas. She is very sensitive to surrounding energies and has the intuition and skills to know how to apply and tailor skills to ensure a unique treatment that will be of most benefit to each client.

Our Story

At the age of 17 I was unsure of where my future was headed. I worked in a health food shop and enrolled on a Swedish massage course in Pembrokeshire College. When the year was over I wanted to learn more. I enrolled on to the Aromatherapy course, after the year was up I really felt this was for me, so continued on my journey with a fulltime 2 year course in Complementary therapy and applied science. I was on the right path!

In 2002 I qualified with ‘student of the year award’. Since then I have been lucky enough to work as a complementary and beauty therapist, where learning is a continuous aspect of my career;

Beauty Therapy is in high demand, so I have and continue to obtain qualifications in choice areas ... it works well alongside the complementary, enabling beauty on the inside and out.

I have worked from home and done home visits. I have worked in a salon and in a health spa. At health retreats and festivals, from hotels and gymnasiums. Now I save home visits for elderly and disabled people. I work from the Narberth Natural Health Centre and also have a treatment room available at home.
