In collaboration with Gryff's Mind Space we are excited to announce our first Winter of Wellbeing event 👇
Winter of Wellbeing: Wellbeing and Holistic Day | Free event on 5th Oct 2024 at The Queens Hall Narberth

Together we have planned and designed a program of talks, demos, info sharing experiences, workshops and art therapy activities for our community plus refreshments

This is a wonderful opportunity to try, experience something new, or re-engage with an activity you have tried before

All activities are completely free - Main Hall activities are drop-in - workshops in the Balcony Room are via pre-registration only
