Reiki sensations which can be felt sometimes during a treatment explained below.

Common Physical Sensations & Meanings
Heat or Warmth: A sign that energy is being directed to a specific area, potentially clearing blocked energy or addressing inflammation.
Tingling or Twitching: Can indicate energy flow, release, or absorption. It may also relate to inflammation in that part of the body.
Rumbling Stomach: A common sign that energy is moving past blockages.
Lightness or Floating: A feeling of deep relaxation or a state of deep, meditative awareness, sometimes described as being in a dream-like state.
Coolness: May indicate old blockages or "baggage" that needs to be addressed and released.
Coughing or Sneezing: Often related to the throat chakra, symbolizing the release of blockages that prevent energy from flowing freely.
Jerking or Twitching Movements: Can be a sign that emotional or physical tension is being released.
