My name’s Jaime and I am a certified yoga teacher.

I first got into yoga in my early twenties and found an instant connection with it. After years of personal practice, I really wanted to deepen my knowledge and look at the health and therapeutic benefits yoga has to offer. With the support of my family, I completed my yoga teacher training and feel blessed to now be teaching what I love! I enjoy teaching Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Foundational Yoga

for Beginners. My husband and our two busy boys are my biggest supporters! We also have two dogs who love nothing more than laying on my mat while I *try* to practice! I've created Yoga with Jaime page to keep you updated with class details and to share the love of all things yoga !

I can only provide my own experience in this “will I, won’t I” scenario by telling you that I have never regretted going to a yoga class. In fact, I have always felt pleased with myself that I went and have often felt the benefits of yoga more than other times.

Another Christmas spent with the people (and animals) I love!
Witnessing my children enjoy the celebrations as much as I did when I was a little girl is especially satisfying!

However, I am missing my yoga family and looking forward to getting back to class in the new year..

Having spoken to the clerk at Carnegie, they have kindly agreed to lower the rental fee for the hall.. which means we can continue our classes as normal in the new year 🤗🧘🏻‍♀️💕
