Really looking forward to the Mental Health And Well-being Fayre at the wellbeing centre on 13th October

Some amazing speakers lined up
12.30 Celyn Sara speaking on post natal mental health and traumatic birth
13.00 Wendy Derrick talking all things confidence and mindset
13.30 Olivia Hodgson sharing her lived experience and how advise on how to stay well and in work
14.00 Paul Rees delivering a talk on men's mental health and the amazing work he is doing to bring men together in Swansea to break down the stigma surrounding opening up about mental illness
14.30 Jennifer Barnfield-Lee doing an amazing session on positivity and mindset and gratitude.
15.00 Sally Chow local GP talking is through her tips on wellbeing and mental health and the support available locally
15.30 Emma Louise Rees will then be holding a taster session on Yin yoga to round off the day.

As well as the speakers there will be many fantastic local practitioners and organisations in the main hall exhibiting their services and what is available in Swansea to promote mental health and wellbeing.

An exciting event not to be missed with a purpose I feel so passionately about as a registered mental health nurse.
