Our Story

I have been practising yoga for the past 19 years and am a British Wheel of Yoga student teacher. I offer Hatha Yoga classes suitable for all. I believe in the use of props to help the individual practice safely and encourage students to tune in to their body and experience for themselves the effects of asana practice. Breath awareness and basic breathing techniques are interwoven into the practice and meditation and relaxation techniques provide a chance for the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the practice, leaving the body, mind and spirit restored and refreshed.
