Transitions...

I have a passion for women's wellness. It has been a focus in my therapy journey.

I felt drawn to alternative therapies in my own journey during PCOS and pregnancy. I completed courses in fertility reflexology, pregnancy massage/reflexology, and closing the bones.

The next transition menopause is a particularly special one in a womans journey. It can be very difficult and is not celebrated like pregnancy. It can be a time of fear for many women, with a feeling of losing yourself and many physical symptoms that occur because of our hormonal balance changing.

Blooming hormones! They certainly give us a wild ride!

I'm excited to now offer reflexology for menopause to help women going through this stage in their journey. Reflexology is such a powerful healing tool for the physical and mental challenges that menopause can bring.
