Just a little heads up, nothing exciting as such...

Unless any cancellations occur, I'm am fully booked for the next few weeks. (Up to 11th April)

🚩I'm on annual leave from Saturday 28th March and back on Wednesday 8th April
NO MESSAGES/CALLS WILL BE ANSWERED DURING THIS TIME.

⚠️Any gift vouchers wanted during my time off will need to be ordered and paid for by Thursday 26th March

⛔️Then... unless any cancellations there are no SATURDAY slots available until end of May!
There is only weekday availability left.

I've got a lot going on during the next few months with family events and planned courses.

✅️ My regular clients will take priority over the next few months (most of which are which are booked in already)

🔵 I have a cancellation list that you may join should I fail to fit you in.

🚩Also, if you had a gift voucher for Christmas, the expiry date is 30th June, this does not leave much time to book in, given the limited availability that I have left! Get your slot in the diary asap or risk loosing your voucher.

Thinking of a foot massage? Try this!

Thai foot massage has been practiced in Thailand for thousands of years. It incorporates a mixture of Hatha Yoga, Acupressure and Reflexology.

Thai foot massage involves the lower legs from the knees down to the feet.

The session starts with a warming foot bath. Luxurious oils or creams are applied to the lower legs. The hands on massage opens the energy channels known as Sen Lines and the stick is used to stimulate a number of reflex points found on the feet which correspond to the internal organs of the body.

Towards the end of the treatment the feet are wrapped whilst the therapist continues to open up the Sen lines. This part of the treatment feels completely different as the feet are worked on through the wraps.

This treatment is wonderfully relaxing, energising and detoxifying.

Not only do your feet feel like walking on air, it has many benefits too!

A lovely monthly Massage client of almost 4 years decided to have the Caruna Signature Luxury Facial for the first time...

And another year done! 🎉

Thank you once again for your loyalty and support throughout the year and for your trust in me.

As a sole trader, I cover everything around running a business, I am the boss, decision maker, accountant, stock controller, laundry department (huge department by the way), web designer, social media planner, personal assistant, cleaner, taining, marketing manager, the list goes on...and that's before I do the proper stuff like like actually being a therapist, a listening ear and someone you can pour your worries on. I always feel guilty about missing messages or not being around but I really need the break too 😴

So...

🚩 Caruna is now closed until Tuesday 6th January, so any messages will be replied to then... my phone will be firmly OFF during this time.

I hope you all find time over Christmas to rest, relax and look after yourselves. That's my plan!
