And another year done! 🎉

Thank you once again for your loyalty and support throughout the year and for your trust in me.

As a sole trader, I cover everything around running a business, I am the boss, decision maker, accountant, stock controller, laundry department (huge department by the way), web designer, social media planner, personal assistant, cleaner, taining, marketing manager, the list goes on...and that's before I do the proper stuff like like actually being a therapist, a listening ear and someone you can pour your worries on.  I always feel guilty about missing messages or not being around but I really need the break too 😴

So...

🚩 Caruna is now closed until Tuesday 6th January, so any messages will be replied to then... my phone will be firmly OFF during this time.

I hope you all find time over Christmas to rest, relax and look after yourselves. That's my plan!

For those working during the festive season, I hope your shifts are swift and stress free.

Looking forward to seeing you soon, ready and refreshed for your health & wellbeing support.

It's that time of year again...

🤧🤮Just a polite reminder of my sickness policy.

I also have vulnerable members in my family so please, if you're unwell, please reschedule.

Plus if I'm unwell I cannot work, which means I'm unpaid!

SICKNESS

Should you have any type of contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. Please note that we see people with suppressed immune systems, pre-existing health conditions and pregnant ladies. Some illnesses may be very harmful to them so please reduce the risk of spreading infections. Plus if your therapist contracts the illness, the clinic is closed to everyone, which in turn interrupts planned appointments.
