Yesterday, I finally returned to where I truly belong — the serene cocoon that is the Sanctuary Room.

I was welcomed back with the most thoughtful and generous surprise: a beautiful gift from two very special Soul Sisters… the two Sharons 🤍 Such kindness never goes unnoticed and is deeply appreciated.

The day continued with a truly nourishing Share the Sanctuary experience, hosting two more wonderful Soul Sisters who so needed time to pause, soften and restore after a frantic first week of 2026. Holding space like this is exactly why Soul Sister exists — and it filled my cup completely.

Tomorrow, I’ll be sharing details of my Winter Sale, running throughout January and February. It’s been thoughtfully created to help ease you through the tail end of winter’s harshness and heaviness, gently supporting your wellbeing as we begin to turn towards the lighter, brighter days of spring ✨

Four months ago today, on 1st September, I opened the door to the Soul Sister Sanctuary.

It has been more successful than I ever dared to dream, and I still find myself pinching myself daily that I get to do something I’m truly passionate about. I’ve had the privilege of meeting the most beautiful souls and witnessing their immediate responses and gratitude following treatments — something I never take for granted.

As I look ahead to the year to come, I’m so excited to continue growing Soul Sister, expanding my skills and deepening my expertise so I can offer you even more. Before Spring, full body massage and Reiki healing will be added to my repertoire — a few exams to get through first!

It has been hard work, and like many of you, there have been challenges along the way, particularly on the family front. I’m incredibly grateful to my friends and family for their unwavering support, encouragement and belief in me — it has meant everything.

I’m now taking some time off until 4th January. My 2026 begins with a bang tomorrow as I celebrate the marriage of two wonderful people, followed by a weekend of reunions with cherished friends from across the last three decades.

I plan to soak up the downtime, rest and reset — and I look forward to returning to The Sanctuary Room recharged, refreshed and ready to welcome you back ✨

As we step into a new year, my heart is full of gratitude for everything 2025 brought with it — and most of all for the incredible Soul Sisters and Soul Brothers who trusted, supported, and helped make Soul Sister what it has become. 🤍

The turning of the year can feel very different for each of us.
For some, a new year is welcome and energising.
For others, it can feel like another mountain to climb.

You may have set intentions or goals…
Or perhaps this year is simply about acceptance — meeting yourself exactly where you are.

And that is more than enough.
You are enough. We all are.

However you choose to approach this year, I invite you to move gently, to honour your needs, and to keep your own tank full — not just for others, but for you.

And when you’re ready, Soul Sister and the Sanctuary Room will be here — offering calm, peace, and serenity… a space to rest, rebalance, and restore.
