Today is a day that means many different things to many different women.

For some it’s a joyful celebration of being a mum, having a mum, or honouring the incredible women who have nurtured us through life.

For others it can carry a quieter tenderness.

A day that may hold grief for a mum who is no longer here…
for those who longed to become a mum…
for women navigating the journey of rainbow babies…
or for relationships that are complex and layered.

However today lands for you, please know this:

You are seen.
You are valued.
You are held in kindness here.

Today I’m also celebrating the daughters, the soul sisters, the aunties, the carers, the fur-baby mums and the women who show love and nurture in so many beautiful ways.

Because motherhood takes many forms 🤍

If today feels joyful, celebrate it.
If today feels tender, take it gently.

What started (and continued) as a really stressful day ended on the highest of highs ✨

Tonight, I officially passed my Level 3 Indian Head Massage exam 💆‍♀️🤍

That’s five qualifications now done & dusted — and I’m allowing myself a moment to pause, breathe, and really take that in.

Learning, growing and expanding my skills, knowledge and Soul Sister means so much to me, but listening to my body and nervous system matters just as much. So for now, I’m giving myself a gentle pause from formal learning and focusing on my beautiful Soul Sisters.
