Ladies this post is for you. Just wanted to say you NEVER need to apologise for anything when you come to me!
Every single day female patients will say “oh I’m so sorry I’ve not shaved my legs” or “painted my toenails” or “sorry I’m not looking my best today”. Relax.

Health professionals including myself, have no interest in this! Genuinely. You can come in your pyjamas (and some have) , no make up, any way you choose I don’t care! I will never judge you, of course I won’t!
All I am looking at is where I need to place my pins on your body in order to help YOU - nothing else. Leave your leg hair or chipped nail polish , I never notice that stuff.

(BTW, men have never ever apologised for anything! Not that they need to! Just shows how self conscious woman are 😌)

I’m on your side ladies , chill out and enjoy your session and come as you are ❤️❤️❤️😘

Chinese New Year begins today, 17 February 2026. The Snake energy has left us and we now move forward with the Fire Horse!
