Polestone requires a Support Worker for a 40-hr permanent post.
Polestone is a well-established, private Day Support Provider, working with adults who have an intellectual impairment to reach their potential. We cover the Neath and Swansea areas. You will work from all of our three bases in the Neath area. If you are a caring, enthusiastic and reliable individual we would love to have you join our team.
The position is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday post, working 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. No Bank holiday or Christmas working. The hourly rate is £12.60 In addition to this, over the last 12 years, Polestone has paid its staff twice yearly bonuses, which last year (2024) amounted to an additional £1500.00 for each full time Support Worker.
You must be over the age of 18, be a car driver with access to a vehicle (mileage allowance paid). No experience is necessary as full training is provided in house.
