✨️2025 ✨️

Throughout 2025, the clinic continued to run while I personally stepped back from hands-on treatments to go on maternity and focus on my family 🤍
A time I’ll never get back, and a decision I’ll never regret.
It wasn’t easy—my work is my passion and a huge part of who I am—but this time required all of my energy (and knowing how fast this time goes second time around, i wanted to fully appreciate it too) as i adjusted to life with two.

2025 also marked 15 years in business with H.H Sports Therapy clinic, and I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every patient and customer for your continued trust, support, referrals, and kind words throughout the year(s)—it truly means more than you know.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Bronleigh - Hayley & Sarah for helping to navigate bookings, and especially Adele, for keeping everything running so smoothly while I was on leave at H.H Sports Therapy, contunuing her role as senior therapist and stepping up to support. Really grateful for everything you do.

✨️As I return to work, I’m excited to share (a seperate post on this) that alongside our main clinic in Bronleigh, I’ll also be working back at my roots in Crynant, with more details and hours to follow as I find my rhythm in 2026.

✨️✨️Clinic will resume on the 5th of january 2026 with
Adele - bookings can be made online via our app 🙏 or reception from the 2nd.

Our clinic resumes tomorrow, the 6th of january, and we are looking forward to seeing our regulars as well as new faces who require our support with their physical health.

We are experienced sports therapists who are trained to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal (msk) ailments, conditions & injuries. Our aim is to support you to get back on track and to help motivate and educate you to also support your own recovery by offering you tailored treatment plan and techniques thay we feel necessary for you.

For some, you may not be injured and find a maintenance treatment beneficial or enjoyable, and that's ok too. You don't have to be injured to book an appointment.

We have worked for over two decades with professional athletes & teams in a variety of sports.

A large proportion of our patients are not sporty and have conditions that are caused by lifestyle, occupational factors, or medical conditions.

If we feel we are not the right therapists for you, we will advise you on alternative treatments or routes to explore.

🎄 Christmas Hours 🎄

As we wrap up 2024, we would like to wish everyone a healthy & Happy Christmas and New Year. Thank you to everyone who has stepped into the clinic and supported us in 2024. We are always grateful to you for choosing us or recommending us, and we look forward to supporting your journey in 2025.

We will now be closed until the 6th of January. However, you don't have to wait until then to get your appointments booked in for the New Year. Our booking App is accessible 24/7 and you may request a booking for 2025 at any time.

As some of you may know, I'll (Hannah) be going on maternity leave in January. You will be left in the capable and experienced hands of Adele. However, please ensure you book in advance to ensure you get an appointment. Bronleigh Reception will also be open for bookings/enquiries up until Christmas Eve (12 noon). They will then also be closed until the 2nd of jan 2025 - 01639 632035

I can also be contacted by email or mobile, but I will also be taking some time over the festive period to spend with family, so responses may be delayed.

✨️A notice for existing Mld clients✨️
We will be keeping you updated on some (Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments for existing clients, which will be handed over to Adele in Jan). Unfortunately, we will not be taking on any new clients for this treatment or post-operative mld Treatments.
We will inform existing clients by email when these treatments will be added to the booking system. ✨️

We will also email a return date from maternity via email closer to the time. If you'd like to keep updated, please ensure your email is on the system and your signed up to the email marketing.

All injury, sports therapy, sports massage & shockwave appointments will resume as usual with Adele, who has been working in the clinic for the last few years.
