Friendly accessible Yoga class for every body no matter your age, size, experience or ability. Yoga helps increase your strength and flexibility, reduces physical and mental tension, relieves stress and has a positive impact on every system of your body. Classes include gentle warm ups, asanas (held postures), conscious breathing and kriyas that are the linking of breath with movement. Adaptations and variations of postures are offered for each individual body and flexibility. We end the session with a lovely Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep / relaxation) to allow the body to absorb the physical practice, restore and relax after the class. Classes are held at the Owain Glyndwr Community centre, Waunceirch, Neath every Tuesday 6:30-7:30
