Every Tuesday 6:15 Waunceirch Neath

Classes are based on a traditional yoga practice using flowing movements with moments of stillness, focussed pranayama, kriyas & meditation. Yoga helps increase your strength and flexibility, reduces physical and mental tension, relieves stress and has a positive impact on every system of you

r body. Classes include gentle warm ups, asanas (held postures), conscious breathing and kriyas that are the linking of breath with movement. Adaptations and variations of postures are offered for each individual body and flexibility. We end the session with a lovely Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep / relaxation) to allow the body to absorb the physical practice, restore and relax after the class. Please get in touch if you would like to know more. Classes are held at the Owain Glyndwr Community centre, Waunceirch, Neath every Tuesday 6:30-7:30
