For the past 13 years since leaving university, I have always made sure to check in with other Chiros local and get adjusted regular. 🙏☑️

Me and Leigh from have always checked each other once weekly and continue to do so, in order to keep ourselves free from restrictions and pain, whilst helping others in our busy clinic lives ❤️

We don't just preach maintenence and prevention, we also live the lifestyle ourselves, to keep our bodies healthy and energy high. All of our clinic team also get adjusted by each other whenever possible. 😁

What a fantastic weekend down South meeting up with some old Uni friends.. 😎

Three years had gone by since we all last met up, which seemed to fly by 😱 but it was really nice to visit Truro, hit some beaches, sauna/dip and do a lot of catching up 💯🙏

Patient come in with extreme neck and arm pain, after being prescribed various medications and getting nowhere, we managed to successfully reduce the pain to a managable level. 💯👌

Lifetime best at Newport Marathon for Mike 😀🔥

Finish time of 2.37 and 13th place overall for the full marathon was enough to automatically qualify for a championship place at the prestigious London Marathon event for 2026. ✅💥

With a new fuelling strategy involving products and using zero carbohydrates or sugar, energy levels were strong throughout and the second half ended up quicker than the first 😲🔥
