Sound healing with Will 💫 with a twilight sauna session £20.00
Relax, unwind in our medical grade infared sauna before Will takes you on a journey with a mixture of modern and ancient instruments to create a calming candle light atmosphere.
The sound frequencies are designed to rebalanced your chakras, clear blockages in your energies and allows the body to fully relax into a healing state.
The lovely Will, founder of Metis Sound Healing and The Metis Wellbeing Project, which is dedicated to creating inclusive, heart-led spaces for healing, connection, and community. We are so excited to be collaborating with Will, a fabulous practitioner in Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Guided Meditation, holding space with grounding & restorative practices.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts. Yoga mats will be provided but welcome to bring pillows blankets and eye masks for added comfort and pure relaxation.
