Big shout out to the amazing Lisa James who is already 1 stone 91/2 lbs lighter having been on the Herbalife plan with me since December. Lisa has limited mobility And walks on crutches and was concerned that she would struggle on the eating plan but has been shocked at how much more she is now eating ( eating better rather than less ) and is learning so much about how to keep the body healthy and fuel it properly.
She’s reported improvements in her lymphoedema, her breathing and her energy levels and has now even started doing some gentle seated exercises at home twice a week and walking once a week. She admitted prior to the program the only exercise she could manage was walking to the toilet.
So very proud of this wonderful friend and client who I am certain will be smashing her desired goals !
