Big shout out to the amazing Lisa James who is already 1 stone 91/2 lbs lighter having been on the Herbalife plan with me since December. Lisa has limited mobility And walks on crutches and was concerned that she would struggle on the eating plan but has been shocked at how much more she is now eating ( eating better rather than less ) and is learning so much about how to keep the body healthy and fuel it properly.
She’s reported improvements in her lymphoedema, her breathing and her energy levels and has now even started doing some gentle seated exercises at home twice a week and walking once a week. She admitted prior to the program the only exercise she could manage was walking to the toilet.
So very proud of this wonderful friend and client who I am certain will be smashing her desired goals !

Having had lots of Reiki clients over the last couple of weeks going through nasty breakups just wanted to post this as it’s helped me through many a disappointment… people come in for a reason, a season or a lifetime we don’t get to choose which … we learn the lesson and move on empowered, enriched and even more of our authentic beautiful selves. Sometimes they walk away, sometimes we have to move on, and unfortunately sometimes they get taken far too early.

Reiki day … if you’ve never thought about Reiki it’s well worth booking a session as not only does it remove stress and soothe your body and energy systems but also gets rid of all sorts of physical diseases and injuries, emotional and mental issues and balances your chakras. Reiki has been around for centuries healing people well before modern medicine and with good reason as it removes illness, disease and injuries, with no nasty side effects.
Clients also use the sessions to start attracting in the life they desire as with our not so useful habitual patterns and blocks we can start to experience never ending cycles of crap, disruptions and hurdles.
