✅ The Deluxe (30 min) : this includes an objective and subjective assessment and looking at any concerns so I know what I have to do to change that. A choice between a deep tissue or sports massage. Focusing on the issues on hand we will then use a range of techniques to alleviate pain and start the road to recovery.
✅ The 5 Star (60 min): This includes a subjective and objective assessment to jot down any concerns so we know what needs doing. Using an array of techniques, massage gun, soft tissue release, METs to name a few to help loosen them muscles & increase blood flow and start the treatment for your road to 100%
✅ The VIP Special (90 min): This is the grandmaster of packages which includes the full assessment, looking for any concerns or issues you may have. You benefit from both, deep tissue & sports massage and an array of techniques. Focusing on the full legs, back, shoulders and neck leaving you feeling rejuvenated, recharged and ready to carry out joys in your life you’ve been restricted of.
⭐️ Cupping therapy is an extra £5 charge which can be added on to The Deluxe or The 5 Star packages.
