Who are Quality care? What do they do?

They are a government licensed home care agency who provide an alternative to residential care, allowing people to stay in their own homes and continue to lead an independent and dignified life. We provide care for elderly and disabled people, adults with learning difficulties, mental health problems, alcohol and drug dependency, end of life / palliative care or long-term illness.

It gives us great pleasure to announce that we have once again been successful in securing our long term future by being awarded a 12 year contract with Lancashire County Council to deliver their Living Well at Home - Homecare Services.

After a troublesome few years through the Covid-19 pandemic, it's great news to take us forward for the foreseeable future and just reward for all our hard working staff and people we care for.

We are a family run company who operate predominantly in the Pendle area, as such, we consolidate your care work into smaller areas meaning less travel between visits. We pay a competitive rate and as you are required to have your own transport, we pay fuel per mile and paid travel time.

We genuinely have your best interests at heart, just as we do for the people we support.

We provide permanent positions with guaranteed full or part-time hours. Free DBS checks. Free uniforms. We do require you to work alternate weekends.

A huge thank you to everybody who has been in touch to offer support and encouragement to us in this strange climate - from service users, their families, families of service users we no longer support and staff that are also no longer with us. We have received letters, emails, flowers & chocolates!! 😊
Every single gesture gives us a boost and encouragement.
We would also like to thank our amazing team at Quality Care who are working tirelessly to support the people of Pendle. Our carers are going above & beyond to ensure people are safe & supported - excellent team effort girls- we are super proud of each and every one of you🥰
