4. Moderate your caffeine and alcohol intake as both can also lead to dehydration.
5. Engage in daily exercise. Choose a physical activity you enjoy and try to do it regularly. This doesn't have to be the gym, try dancing, a short jog in the park this will also combat stress and tension, which can contribute to headaches.
6. Stick to a sleep schedule. You might be tempted to sleep in on the weekends or your days off, but keeping a normal sleep routine.
See your pharmacist or doctor regularly. Staying current on vaccines and other preventive care measures promote your overall health. Regular check-ups also give you the chance to talk to your pharmacy about your headaches and discuss your options for treating them.
