🥬🍅🥗🌽Food Safaris at The Good Life Project offer fun, FREE, and educational activities for children aged 5-11 (plus parent), aiming to teach them how food and plants are grown.

From sowing to planting, potting to harvesting and even how to grow your own food at home! Together you will be able to explore the allotments, get to know the plants and wildlife, and even take home some goodies at the end!

📆 Tuesdays at 3:30-5pm (term time). Recommencing on Tuesday, 24 Feb

It was an honour to be part of the session and great to see our fresh veg being put to good use🥬🫑🍠Thank you for having us!

Another fabulous cooking session today! thank you Pam and Becky, our great social prescribers who joined in today and brought along a couple of extra pair of hands!
, was rushed off her feet and whizzing around that kitchen with all the great ladies and men whilst they meal prepped today, chicken and sweet potato with plenty of very fresh veg from Tom- always going above and beyond for us guys, bringing fresh kale and spinach 💚 The Good Life Project

We are so lucky and fortunate to have these amazing and very talented people who have brought the centre to life. Thank you so much Bonnie and Tom but also the regular centre users who create the most welcoming atmosphere 💚

What an amazing day we had today for our Seasonal Gathering event! We had Pick & Mix Salad, Wreath Making, Homemade cards and baubles to purchase, and quite possibly the best cheese and onion pie we've ever eaten! 🤗Thank you to everyone who attended the launch of the Good Life Project at Bradley Food Garden yesterday. This is a space where people can grow, share and learn together! We were also joined by participants from the Arts for Wellbeing - Pendle Art in the Natural Environment.

This project has been made possible through amazing partnerships with Hodge House Community Centre and we can’t wait to see the positive impact it will have on our community.

Join us in creating a greener, healthier future on Mondays (1pm – 3pm) and Fridays (10am – 12 noon)
