I can’t believe tomorrow it will be 2 weeks since I completed the Great North Run.

🙌 2 hours and 15 minutes.
🙌 21,767th place
🙌 6072th female place

I managed to raise £874 for Alzheimer’s Society.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of the support. The winner of the raffle was notified earlier last week.

I can’t believe it has been 10 years since I graduated from university with my degree in Acupuncture. 10 years! I am ever so grateful to a wonderful lady and family friend; Pauline, who motivated me to enrol. I am truly blessed and can’t imagine where I would be or who I would be without that guidance.

Pauline passed away from early onset dementia far too young, and I am hoping to run the Great North Run in her honour as a thank you and therefore raise money for Alzheimers UK.
