Awesome work this morning ladies and great work this week everyone, been some great sessions and I’m seeing lots of progress.

As we approach Christmas try to keep your training consistent. Enjoy yourselves and be merry but don’t fall into the old trap of doing nothing until January.

Still time to sign up for the Santa run in Southsea next Saturday. Should be fun.

Another week of training kicks off tonight.

Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30 and Saturday 8-9.

So many people lose that motivation and consistency at this time of the year…….how many time will we hear “I’ll start again in January”?.

Let’s keep going and youlll enjoy the festive season even more, plus January won’t be so depressing 💪

Good morning team. First of all thank you all for all the check ins over the last week or so and for bearing with me. You are all awesome.

Pleased to say all sessions are back on this week. Monday and Wednesday meet at Netley gym 5:30-6:30. Monday with Tom and Wednesday with Louis. Saturday 8-9 as normal so please get yourselves along. As the seasons change it becomes harder to motivate yourself, so get yourself to Christmas in the best shape you can be 💪.

Good morning you legends. Unfortunately due to the unexpected nature of my injury I have not been able to to arrange short notice cover for tonight or Saturday. We will be back to normal next week with Tom & Louis hopefully stepping in.

I’d just like to say a massive thank you to you all for all of the messages and offers of support. As well as people I often like to stand and shout commands at several times a week I also have the pleasure of calling you all my friends (just remember I am high on morphine & diazepam whilst writing this).

Thank you all, I’ll see you very soon.

Ps - we will definitely be adding yoga to our sessions asap.
