🤝 One of the best parts of Dementia Action Week has been seeing so many local organisations, businesses, and community groups come together to support such an important cause.

From dementia friendly events and activities to conversations helping raise awareness and encourage support, it’s been fantastic to see the level of community involvement across Hampshire this week.

A huge thank you to everyone involved — it’s been a great reminder of the impact that collaboration and community support can have. Looking forward to continuing these conversations beyond this week.

The Virtual Dementia Tour Bus experience gives people the chance to step into a world that reflects some of the sensory and physical challenges faced by those living with dementia and the impact is powerful.
