📸 World Health Day Event – Come and Say Hello! 🌍💚

Tony, our Community Networker, will be at the World Health Day Event at Wi******er Sport & Leisure Park on Tuesday 7th April from 2pm at Wi******er Sport & Leisure Park.

The event brings together local organisations who support health and wellbeing in our community, covering a wide range of topics including movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, brain health, and social wellness. 🧠🏃‍♀️🥗💤

Tony will be there to answer questions, offer information, and help signpost to local support and activities. If you’re attending, please do stop by and say hello! 👋😊

Wishing all of our wonderful clients, families, and carers a very Happy Easter 🐰

📸 This year, we’ve been celebrating with our amazing carers and office team, sharing a few well-earned Easter eggs and lots of smiles 🍫😊

📸 We’ve also sent out our Easter cards to clients, along with some seeds to plant and grow, just a little something to enjoy and look forward to as spring arrives 🌼🌱

Photo 1: Mrs M enjoying a delicious dinner. We love making sure our clients have a healthy, hot meal to enjoy. Good food is such an important part of feeling well and cared for. 🍽️

Photo 3: A snapshot from our dementia-friendly morning matinee cinema. These relaxed screenings take place on the first Wednesday of the month, and they’re always such a lovely way to enjoy a film together. We’d love to see you there! 🎬

⏰ Clocks Go Forward This Weekend! 🌷

A little reminder that the clocks in the UK go forward for British Summer Time this weekend.

🕐 At 1:00am on Sunday 29th March, the clocks will move forward to 2:00am — meaning we lose an hour, but gain lighter evenings! ☀️

It’s a great time to enjoy more daylight, but don’t forget to adjust your clocks and routines ⏰

For those we support, we’ll of course ensure everything runs smoothly as always 💛
