When sleep isn’t happening, it’s easy to feel worn down.
What’s helped me is remembering that rest isn’t just sleep. It’s physical, mental, sensory, emotional and creative - and sometimes it’s simply stepping back and reconnecting with something bigger than the day-to-day noise.
In a world that moves fast and rewards instant gratification, real rest can be surprisingly hard to come by.
